Katie Wells, MFA, has taught embodiment for nearly three decades, assisting others to find happier and healthier ways of being. She is a Mind, Body, and spirit coach, retreat director, dance artist, yoga practitioner, and founder of Interweave Conscious Movement®. She is certified in Spiritual Embodiment and Somatic EMDR Trauma Therapy and trained in a plethora of mind-body-spirit modalities.
