She is a Mind, Body, and spirit coach, retreat director, dance artist, yoga practitioner, and founder of Interweave Conscious Movement®. She is certified in Spiritual Embodiment and Somatic EMDR Trauma Therapy and trained in a plethora of mind-body-spirit modalities.
