Our 3 month program begins MARCH 5TH, 2024

Sow the seeds of your truest self as we travel from the root to the heart! The Temple Sisters experience uncovers the divinity of your body, emotions, and soul’s path to live your best life.

This virtual program includes supportive sharing circles, guided movement and meditation practices, journaling, juicy lectures, and self-love homework.

Temple Sisters is open to anyone that identifies as a woman. All colors, creeds, sexual orientations and ages are encouraged. The more perspectives we have, the more wise we are as a sisterhood. We come with our differences and quickly find the love that unites us.

Temple Sisters is for you if:

  • You are seeking a deeper connection with yourself – mind, body and soul.
  • You want more clarity on your soul’s path.
  • You are tired of feeling disconnected from your body and want to feel more at home in your body and tap into the deep wisdom it offers.
  • You know that the outdated story of competition, mistrust and judgment between women does not resonate with you and you are ready to alchemize the sister wound and claim true sisterhood in your life.
  • You wish to be more emotionally resilient for greater peace.
  • You are ready to begin embracing who you are, giving yourself the love that you deserve.

What Makes This Program so Special?

Temple Sisters temple sisters

This spring program attunes us with our bodies, our emotions, our sisterhood community, and our divine power.

This wellness program highlights chakra work to align imbalances in our lives, goddess archetypes to embrace more parts of who we are, and sacred sisterhood to support us on our journey. This is an effective curriculum used for 8 years for emotional and spiritual growth.

The Journey

Root Chakra & Goddess Gaia

Redirecting the anxious mind. Connecting with the body and the earth to feel more safe and alive.

Sacral Chakra & Goddess Oshun

Honoring the womb space, resourcing self-care, and enjoying the pleasures of life.

Solar Plexus Chakra & Goddess Sekhmet

Upholding boundaries and igniting self-worth.

Heart Chakra & Goddess Mother Mary

Access the divine mother within to open compassion towards self and others, and to mature into healthy behaviors

Temple Sisters helped me to love my very hurt places, then be able to break open and let other women see my soul… We supported each other in reclaiming parts of ourselves… The movement sparked my passion for dance and helped my confidence exponentially. The sisterhood and friendships I gained is unparalleled.

Nikki Shaffer

I feel more comfortable sitting with my thoughts and feelings instead of hiding from them and have a deeper embodiment of spirituality. I enjoyed being able to connect with each woman and hold them with love as they were being vulnerable.

Krystal Oberski

I have developed a fresh relationship with my femininity. I felt so loved by the group, and the sessions instilled in me a deeper meaning of self-acceptance and self-care.

Alexis Dupras

I experienced such profound breakthroughs in my psyche, opened locked doors to my heart, bathed with loving support from attending goddesses. I feel cleansed and ready to continue my life’s work.

TESTIMONIALS

to the work of Leah Pegram and Katie Wells

I have previously had a hard time dancing because I would feel ashamed. I deprogramed a lot of that shame and for the first time felt free dancing.

Sachi Tumbde

I feel refreshed every time! To be in circle with like-minded women is by far the most empowering, magical, purest love I have ever felt…We support each other’s dreams, feelings and souls.

Dakota Lynn Mileski-Klein

I’ve transformed.

Linda Anne

As a mama to a young child, I am so grateful to reconnect with myself.  It was a stretch to prioritize myself, and the confidence and renewal I feel from doing just that is magical.

I trusted that giving myself this time is paramount for my ability to nourish others.
