Together, we gather as sisters to honor the unique and radiant jewels within each of us.
Guided by the light of love, we explore the intricate tapestry of who we are, renewing self-love in mind, body and spirit.
Join a diverse group of women to celebrate the arrival of Spring, and harness the sacred energies surrounding us. Carrying the deep seeds of winter into the inspiration of Spring, we activate the transformative power of self-love with deconstructing, repatterning, and infusing: self-worth, self-compassion, self-care, self-forgiveness, and self-empowerment.
Gather with us in the Temple of the Heart, where the healing power of love knows no bounds. We radiate the divine within, and emerge from our journey with hearts ablaze, ready to impact the world.
We cultivate a newfound love of ourselves through workshops that weave sacred dance, yoga, guided meditation, group EMDR, parts-work, journaling, ceremony, song, and sister circles.
I discovered a deep love of self and a connection to my body that has been missing for so long. It was an absolute honor to bear witness to so many transformative moments in the lives of my “sisters.”
During our journey, we will call upon the gentle guidance of Goddess Kwan Yin, Mother Mary, and Oshun, and the ferocious guidance of Goddess Sekhmet and Kali, letting their wisdom light our way.
The movement experiences sparked my passion for dance and helped my confidence exponentially. This was a tsunami of ecstasy crashing over me after I thought my soul’s desire to dance had been extinguished.

The way Katie invokes self-reflection, self-compassion, self-healing, and self-empowerment, exceeded my expectations.
