GentleDance will start seated in chairs with a short moving meditation to bring more presence to the body. Gentle stretches will follow along with fun expressive games, and simple guided dances inspired by Anne Green Gilbert’s BRAIN DANCE® to assist in reorganizing neuromuscular developmental patterns for better well-rounded functioning.
This class can increase awareness, balance, coordination, cooperation and self-esteem, and will provide an outlet for social interactions and creative self-expression.
